| The customer services department at Neva are an essential ingredient of the company.
With the wealth of experience that they bring from their various service industry backgrounds, the members of staff employed in these roles are able to offer more than just a smooth sales and delivery process. A major part of owning a vehicle and running it cost effectively is the purchase price, however an 'all to often' neglected part is the assistance everyone requires when problems arise. The phone call to the garage when they haven't delivered the car back in time for your urgent meeting etc. We have all had difficult experiences in this area but what we don't do is count the cost of them. Our customer services department can take away the burden of managing your vehicles. |

Jonathan Price- Customer ServicesJon is involved in the busy Customer Services department which handles all of the after sales functions within Neva. These duties include liaising with clients regarding delivery of vehicles, all purchasing activities and post delivery communications. |
Daniel Apostolou- Customer ServicesDaniel joined Neva to assist with the increasing volume of business. Providing a vital service to clients in terms of logistical arrangements and assisting in all departments within the customer service team. |

Bernie Shoobridge- UnderwritingBernie controls all of finance documentation and other contractual information and shoulders the responsibilities therein. The manner in which she can advise Neva's customers makes the important task of ensuring accurate paperwork is a simple procedure. |
Neil Cousins- Purchasing & InsuranceNeil joined Neva from a major insurance company in order to develop and maintain our FSA compliant insurance sales operation. Neils vast experience of business processes has enabled him to quickly develop into an indispensable member of the customer services team. |

William Pirie- Franchise ManagerWill controls all of finance documentation and shoulders the responsibilities of ensuring accurate and speedy delivery of this area for our busy franchisee operation. Having joined Neva specifically to fulfill this role, Will is committed and dedicated to the success of this busy department. |
Christopher Tate- CS LiaisonChris has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth flow of paperwork to and from clients, both before and after delivery of vehicles. His organisational skills learned from 22 years at NatWest Bank ideally suit him to this demanding role. |

Ian Avery- Franchise SupportIan's primary responsibilities include ensuring the busy franchise departments paperwork and documentation is kept in order - assisting Will Pirie, he now provides valuable assistance to this area of the business. |
